Shipping Policy

What is the delivery time?

Standard Order delivery takes 3 to 7 working days after confirmation of the order. (Please note that we don't ship orders before confirmation calls) depending on the size and availability of the product. Timely delivery is subject to availability of stocks and order confirmations.

What are the delivery charges for local and international orders?

• Shipping charges are Rs 200 for all over Pakistan.
• Replacement charges Rs 150 for all over Pakistan.

How do I check the delivery status?

On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through SMS on the provided contact number. You can log on to the courier website, insert your tracking ID, and track your order.

How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order if I’m unavailable?

Our delivery agents make three attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, contact number, and area code are mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the third failed attempt, the item will be returned to us.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping charges will be displayed at the time of checkout and will be added to your total bill. Shipping charges are Rs. 200/- for customers ordering within Pakistan.
